To provide systematic and professional fiscal training to the government employees and directors & staff from public agencies handling fiscal matters to promptly respond to change in fiscal environments such as fiscal informatization and introduction of new fiscal system and eliminate fiscal inefficiency and illegal government subsidy
Article 101 of the National Finance Act and Article 52 of Enforcement Decree of the Same Act
According to Article 101 of the National Finance Act (Training of Fiscal Affairs-handling Government Employees), the Minster of Strategy and Finance may provide training to improve the fiscal matter-handling government employees’ expertise in accordance with the Presidential Decree.
Article 52 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Finance Act (Training of Fiscal Affairs-handling Government Employees)
① The Minster of Strategy and Finance may have the government employees handling fiscal matters such as budget and settlement take the related training at least once a year.
② The Minster of Strategy and Finance may commission the training stated in Paragraph ① above to the National Human Resources Development Institute or independent training institute in accordance with Article 3 of the National Civil Servants Development Act.
③ The Minster of Strategy and Finance may set other matters for the training of the government employees handling fiscal matters.
